A very different weekend for all of us. Matt completed a residential course in Birmingham (zero miles covered but still living of the credit built up on the Tour of Wessex (300 miles )). Iain , 12 miles up Painswick Beacon plus two solid days of decorating. Myself 130Km in Wessex riding out from Centre Parcs, Longleat , oh and about 1km in the rapids at the pool Sunday night !
Maria and I spent the weekend with friends at Centre Parcs. Justin was staying with us and he had just returned from a training week in the highlands of Scotland. I have never seen so many insect bites on one person. Apparently some people were wearing full face and head nets to keep them off.
The race is on to find the worlds most effective insect repellent!
